Jenna should be really proud of herself completing the apprenticeship to a high level. When she started on the programme working at Wild Elements CIC, she struggled with confidence due to her dyslexia. As she progressed with the apprenticeship her work steadily improved and before long she was producing high quality theory work.

During the lockdown period, despite having a period of furlough Jenna was able to keep up to date with her work, she also completed her digital literacy key skill whilst at home.

Jenna demonstrated a thorough understanding of digital marketing in a professional capacity. In her assignment she was able to articulate this understanding really well. She has been creative within her role and has been full of brilliant marketing ideas that will help her progress further within her chosen career.

Zak completed his apprenticeship with Rawson Digital where he has been highly motivated to establish his place in the company and prove himself a reliable and dynamic worker, by applying his knowledge and developing practical skills in the workplace.

Always extremely positive nothing was ever too much trouble for Zak. He took time to ensure that his work was of a high quality and throughout his apprenticeship he has received positive feedback from his employers and exceeded their expectations.

During the lockdown period, Zak kept his motivation high despite a period of furlough and completed his theory work, this then allowed him to quickly collect practical evidence and complete this apprenticeship when he returned to the workplace.

A member of the team at Grŵp Llandrillo-Menai Jane is always willing to learn new skills and challenge ideas, she applies what she has learnt on her apprenticeship to her role as a Work Based Learning Consortium Co-ordinator. Jane has been instrumental in developing the Work Based Community Challenge initiative which encourages apprentices to get involved in supporting their local communities by collecting for local Food Banks, book donations and an Easter Egg Challenge.

As with all apprentices, Jane has had to balance the demands of working full time and studying along with personal commitments. The first lockdown was a particularly difficult period for Jane, despite significant personal difficulties Jane was able to complete her written work for her apprenticeship as well as completing three Key Skills.

Jane always has a positive attitude to her work and showed her commitment by producing high quality theory and practical assessments.
