Apprentice of the year - Built Environment

Rebecca Jayne Hughes

Babcock Group

Rebecca was promoted within eight months of starting a Foundation Apprenticeship in Warehousing and Storage (Level 2).

Her promotion to the supplier/disposals team added four more units to her NVQ -making a total of 12 – but she still managed to complete her Individual Learning Plan on schedule.

Keen to develop her career, Rebecca has now progressed to an Apprenticeship in Warehousing & Storage (Level 3) and is recognised as a valuable member of the MOD team. So much so that she is recommended for future investment by the MOD.
