Apprentice of the year - Landbased Industries

Bethany Rozario

Celyn Vet Group, Holywell

Beth worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic whenever possible. Furlough was tough at times and made it hard for the development of specialist skills needed to do the job.

Beth has a very caring nature and was worried about her patients and colleagues who were also struggling. It took a lot of soul searching to repeatedly find the confidence to start again after each extended period of time away from a job she loves.

Beth is not only an extremely driven learner, with a consistent interest in how to improve her own skills, but she is also a strong team player, and brings a supportive and kind energy to her workplace. She can always be relied upon to work to an excellent standard, and to utilise her learning to further develop the practice as a whole. I wholeheartedly support her nomination for Apprentice of the Year.
