With support from his training officer and learner services at Grwp Llandrillo Menai, he remained focused on completing his qualification while always prioritising the people he cared for.

Having struggled with his mental health during the pandemic, Adam showed great resilience during his training programme to develop and progress. He is now deputy manager in another setting.

Janet Allen

Adferiad

Janet Allen cried with joy when she achieved her Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, which she began at the beginning of the pandemic.

Having worked in hospitals before the pandemic, she moved to another setting to support carers of people with mental health issues and was initially apprehensive about being an older learner.
