Cwmni Seren Cyf

Cwmni Seren Cyf

Mae Aled Williams, rheolwr yn Seren Cyf, wedi dangos ymroddiad diflino’r cwmni i’w cyflogai a phrentisiaethau, gan greu amgylchedd gweithio sy’n annog twf, cynhwysiant, a chreadigrwydd i’w tîm o staff a’r unigolion maent yn eu cefnogi mewn lletygarwch.

Trwy ei arweinyddiaeth a’i ddiwylliant, mae Cwmni Seren Cyf nid yn unig yn rhagori fel busnes sy’n darparu cyfleoedd ar gyfer unigolion ag anableddau dysgu, mae hefyd yn gyflogwr rhagorol sy’n cefnogi aelodau’r tîm i ddatblygu a thyfu trwy gwblhau prentisiaethau Lefel 2 Iechyd a Gofal Cymdeithasol, ond hefyd i Lefel 3 a thu hwnt.

Mae Cwmni Seren Cyf wedi creu gweithle gyda Chymraeg yn greiddiol iddo. Mae Aled yn buddsoddi yn ei dîm a’r unigolion ag anableddau dysgu a gyflogir neu sy’n gwirfoddoli yn y cwmni. Mae’r cwmni hefyd wedi creu diwylliant ble mae’r cyflogai’n teimlo eu bod yn cael eu gwerthfawrogi, eu clywed a’u grymuso.

Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol

Y Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol is leading the development of Welsh-medium and bilingual education and training in the post-compulsory sector in Wales. The College achieves this by working in partnership with universities, further education institutions and apprenticeship providers to develop Welsh-medium and bilingual education.

The Welsh Government has set the ambitious goal of creating a million Welsh speakers by the year 2050. Post-compulsory education and training will play a key role in ensuring that this target is met.

Recently, the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol has extended its responsibilities to the post-16 sector, at the heart of that, is the Welsh-medium Further Education and Apprenticeship Action Plan. Our remit includes supporting Colleges to appoint bilingual staff to education in the priority areas of Health and Care, Childcare and Public Services. As part of the work we commission and develop resources, provide promotional grants for social events and activities as well as supporting a national ambassador scheme to encourage and influence learners to continue to study elements of their courses through the Welsh language.
